Our semi-finished products can be used to prepare many American, Mexican and Asian dishes, including burgers, tortillas, burritos, sandwiches.
In the AGRiCO HoReCa production process, we use the SOUS VIDE method, which is slow cooking at low, strictly controlled temperature for twelve hours. As a result, we get meat that retains its natural taste and beneficial nutritional values. Our products are characterized by a high protein content.
Gravy sauce is a traditional, appraised and widely known taste, which combined with delicate pieces of meat, becomes an excellent ingredient of the prepared dish. Texas barbecue sauce has a more sublime taste, with a noticeable hint of paprika and the aroma of smoked meat. On the other hand, pulled meat in its own sauce gives the opportunity to create individual taste combinations and offer customers a unique composition of spices and additives.
AGRiCO HoReCa products do not require refrigeration or freezing, although they do not contain preservatives. The long shelf life of the products has been achieved thanks to the use of the traditional sterilization method, known for 150 years, carried out with the use of modern and very precise production lines.
